Hot dreams

london1967I should have known that something was up when I had strange and repeating dreams in the night : in one I kept losing my Oystercard and in the other I found myself, still alive, sealed in a transparent body bag with all my limbs missing.
When I got up I felt slightly nauseous but went to the office nevertheless.
I lasted a few hours there before I started shivering, feeling muscle pain and realised that I had to go home.
I spent all afternoon in bed drifting in and out of sleep, with two hot water bottles and a fever.
I am not sure if it's THE flu or not, but I doubt I'll manage to go to work tomorrow. And I always feel so guilty about it - I guess it's my parents in me!
