london1952 ) should be proud of what he achieved as it was organised impeccably with so much attention to detail. Of course he couldn't have done it withouth the help of many other neighbours, especially Lynne, and Miranda.
We are very fortunate to live in a tiny corner of London where we have an active residents' association and most neighbours are friendly (I'm sure it's not the only one).
Many people made cakes, jams, brought flowers, dressed "eggs" and even many more turned up for afternoon tea and dancing. A great time was had by all.

We invited a few friends but only Roy - a friend from the gym - could make it.
When he got there, he said that it was like stepping back in time (and that it looked like Little Britain! Well, it did!)
