An afternoon in Walthamstow

london1967Today the weather has been simply glorious!
This morning Lynne drove us to Homebase to buy some pots, and when we got back we had a cup of tea in the garden. It felt so good to be able to sit outside that part of us didn't really want to leave home to travel across London.
But we did and really enjoyed our afternoon!
Tony and Malcolm had invited us over for a BBQ. They are both lovely people and it's a shame we don't see them more often.
There were also 3 bears from Manchester (down south for bear pride) and 3 gentlemen from (Greater) London.
The food was superb and the company most enjoyable!
It was so warm that the shirts came off!
