If I were you, I would have written "mood: exasperated" but you're obviously far more patient than I am.
I haven't seen either the movie you mention, or the play, though both have played Toronto. I'd like to see the two Marigold Movies and hope to binge on them one weekend when I am alone or sick--a future "pick-me-up" treat. I didn't know about the San Diego connection in the second one.
The Road Rage incident sounds horrible, and much more extreme that most I have heard about. I hope you get some satisfaction from the police. At least neither of you was physically hurt.
Paul and I leave SD this coming Sunday for a 2 week car-trip, north up the coast to San Francisco. We will pick up our car tomorrow. I always am sad to leave San Diego as I like the city a lot, and enjoy my time here, even if I am sick! This year has been wonderful as Paul has been with me most of the time. We haven't done much, but it's great to hang out together with few responsibilities as we enjoy the wonderful weather.
