A much under-estimated city, imho. Yeah, it's dirty, loud and smelly: but such a sense of LIFE, not to mention the ragged beauty of the place. Nevertheless, I wouldn't want to travel there alone, at my age: I find the people too aggressive, and pedestrians are definately fair game for the "drivers" everywhere. Yet, I would still love to return....
