What can I say? I've been incredibly lazy at posting pictures from our holiday in Trieste at the end of June.
This is the beautiful Miramare Castle on the Bay of Trieste. It's a wonderful place in a splendid position (but it is said to be unlucky, due to the tragic deaths of some of its inhabitants - even though they happened elsewhere).
