Party animals!

On Friday evening I met up with Adrian, Lynne and Kim and after an early dinner at First Out, we had a cocktail at Balans before going to Malcolm's 50th party at Barcode Soho.

It was fun! There was a huge chocolate birthday cake enough to feed a country the side of Luxembourg and there were many faces that I had seen around or on-line.
It was quite a friendly crowd. And considerate too: as there was a line for the unisex cublicles, it wasn't uncommon for couples to share the same one in order to take less time. (lol!)

I cannot believe that Malcolm is 50! He certainly doesn't look it.

And last night it was Kim's "suprise" leaving BBD/party at Lynne's (Kim is off to Thailand for 2 years to teach at an international school).
Originally this was supposed to be a surprise but in the week Lynne learnt that Kim didn't want any big do. So we had to come clean!

Despite the rain, it was a lovely evening/night. We got home at 2:45 am.
