Kilts and skirts
Jun. 23rd, 2008 09:59 pmSunday lunch at Carlos was great fun. He prepared lots of lovely food, including pulpo a la gallega and a bread and butter to die for.
We were 8 guys: 3 English, 3 Spanish, 1 Portuguese and 1 Italian.
I think Ross said that it was like a mini-XXL!
Manel, Adrian and I tried on one of Ross' kilts (he had brought it because Manel had never worn one - and neither had I).
I enjoyed it. But don't know if I'll be buying one anytime soon.
I don't have the pictures that Jim took yet, but have a couple of pictures of the ice-cream-ette outfits that Adrian's making. They are still prototypes - the hats are not ready, and all the embellishments missing. But they give a good idea.
