The holiday begins!

This morning we left our 'green and pleasant land'


on a British Airways flight from London City.


The fligth was very pleasant; we were even served a hot breakfast


and two people who may remain nameless had a gin&tonic at 9:40 am, and not just any gin but 'export strength', 47.3% proof!



Ricardo (bazanges ) was bemused by the lady sitting behing him who couldn't stop talking about money and her 5 star accommodation but chose to travel economy


We got to Barcelona 15 minutes ahead of schedule


and we arrived in Sitges at 1:30 pm.

A lazy afternoon relaxing
 

and going to the supermercado


Roy will be arriving late tonight and tomorrow hopefully we'll spend the day on the beach (2 people may be recovering from a G&T hang-over as they are on their 4th now).

No, that was a different couple. Adrian is a friend of Gary's on FB, I think: Gary Speedie. He and his partner, David, live in Toronto, though they are retired and travel a lot. This is their first visit to Sitges. If you like, I can send you their email. Just let me know.
