Back to normal (almost!)

Well my two week spell at home has finished and tomorrow I'll go back to the office.
This morning they took the stitches out (hopefully all of them as the nurse had trouble with a few - and boy didn't I feel it!); my leg is still bandaged (there was some bleeding) but I am able to resume a 'normal life' (although I should avoid walking much for a week or so).
Adrian's decided that he wants to walk me to the station tomorrow morning for moral support.
Despite saying that I am OK to go on my own (it's going to be cold tomorrow and Adrian should really stay in bed), I am secretly pleased as part of me is dreading the moment I have to climb on the train!

Date: 2009-11-30 11:49 pm (UTC)What a recuperation period - it really was a lot worse than it seemed at the start, wasn't it?
Good luck! If only I could be the driver of your train, to put you at ease! :-)
*hugs*
